Return / Refund

new, unopened
items sold
within 14 days
of delivery for
a refund - minus
the actual
shipping cost
for your order.
If the item is
opened and
deemed
non-defective,
then a 15%
restock fee will
also be applied.
After the 14 day
return period
expires, items
will only be
eligible for
warranty repairs
/ service.
If you would
like to return
an item for a
refund please

to shipping your

will need to
obtain an RMA#
or your package

Warranty
Information |

Ziga warrants
our products and
their parts
against defects
in materials and
workmanship for
a period of one
(1) year after
the date of the
original retail
purchase.
During this
period, Ziga
will repair or
replace
defective parts
with new or
reconditioned
parts at our
discretion.
All original
parts replaced
by Ziga will
become property
of Ziga.
Ziga is not
responsible for
any service
costs outside of
this warranty.
If you feel that
your item is in
need of repair
you must first
contact our
support team to
obtain an RMA
number.
Items returned
to us without
prior
authorization
will be refused. |
